About Us

Keeping in view the legislative mandate and the spirit of Section 89 of Code of Civil Procedure, the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) was constituted by Supreme Court of India to oversee the effective implementation of Mediation and Conciliation in the country.
